Issue persists even after rolling back to 472.12 drivers with DDU. I've linked my fan settings in Afterburner. I noticed the right fan only goes full speed when MSI Afterburner turns on at system launch. It's constantly at 100% while my left fan reflects my fan curve or whatever I set it to. After this I noticed MSI Afterburner cannot control my right fan anymore. I am having a VERY weird problem with my GPU fan curve using MSI Afterburner. SOLUTION: TICK "Force fan speed on each period" ON AFTERBURNER'S FAN SETTINGS.
